About Me

I’m Aram Tessier, once a pad-print tech in my grandfather’s pen factory, now founder of CLEAR Leadership & Ops. I learned every lesson on the shop floor, running pad-print machines, mastering screen, laser, embroidery, and digital production, because respect is earned by doing the work.

Climbing from the floor to COO taught me systems, strategy, and scale. Along the way, I discovered I’ve always led with empathy and presence; it’s who I am, not something that changed overnight.

Becoming a caregiver for my disabled sister didn’t transform me; it reminded me of my direction. In those moments, I was simply refocused on what matters most: connection, consistency, and heart-forward leadership.

That clarity became the CLEAR Framework:
