Running pad-print machines. Mastering screen, laser, embroidery, and digital production.
Understanding that respect is earned by doing the work, not just managing it.

Becoming a caregiver for my disabled sister didn’t change my direction; it clarified it.
It reminded me that connection, consistency, and heart-forward leadership matter more than any title ever will.
That experience grounded me and became the foundation for everything I teach and practice today.
